What
is a vacation rental home?
A Disney World area rental home is a private
home that has been built, fully furnished, and managed for the purpose
of renting to families like you for their vacation. More and more vacationers
visiting Orlando and Disney are realizing the benefits of renting a home.
Why pay for a hotel room when you can rent a villa or condo for much less.
If you have stayed in a hotel, you may remember what it is like to fight
over one shower or one TV, etc! However if you choose one of our Florida
vacation pool homes, your family will enjoy the comforts of a spacious,
fully equipped home offering just about everything you may need.
Why should
I rent from Magical Destinations Orlando? We are individual property
owners that have set higher standards than what you find through properties
normally managed by a Tour/Management Companies. We have formed an association
that requires each home to meet these high standards and we constantly
seek ways to make our guests stay pleasurable and stress free.

of staying in "your own" home is wonderful compared to a single
hotel room.

We have someone on site that lives in the community that will personally
handle any issues that arise.
All our properties are fully
licensed and inspected by the State of Florida Hotel/Motel Industry and
EXCEED the standards that all hotels and motels must meet.
How do
I make a reservation? The easiest way is to click
on the reservations
page, fill out the form and let us do the rest. We will be happy to
provide you with a quotation and availability right away. Or you can e-mail
us or just call us at 1-954-802-5508.
How
do I pay for my rental? At the time of reservation,
you will send us a $200 deposit towards payment of the rental, with the
balance due 35 days in advance of your travel date. Payment can be made
by check, money order, cashiers check or credit card. Please note, if
paying by credit card, we will have to add a 4% transaction fee to the
total.
Where do
I check in? In your reservation
packet, you will receive driving directions to the house or to our management
company for key pick up. Just in case you arrive after hours, there will
be a lockbox code for you to access your keys.
How old
are your homes? The majority
of our homes are less than 2 years old. We feature newer homes. The average
age of our homes is less than 1 years old. We are continually building
new homes to serve you better. The homes displayed on our web page are
what we offer.
What
is provided in the home? All
our homes are EXECUTIVE homes. The EXECUTIVE homes have a lot of extra
amenities included at no additional cost. All linens, towels and washcloths
are provided. Fully equipped kitchens with all the modern conveniences
(microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with icemaker, etc.), dishes,
cookware, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, toaster. They have washer and
dryers, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and a hair dryer. Additionally
most of our homes have two-car garages for your use. All our homes have
at least 2 color cable televisions.
What
do I need to bring? The
initial setup includes - toilet tissue in each bathroom, paper towels,
a trash can liner, and small bars of soap for the baths. You will need
to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries. You need to bring some
clothes, shoes, bathing suits, t-shirts, shorts, sun dresses, and maybe
a pair of pants. We also recommend you bring your own reading material
for lazy days around the POOL. Cameras and film are expensive at the theme
parks, so you will want to bring your own or buy some at one of the local
grocery stores or the Super Walmart. We highly recommend a good quality
sunscreen. In the winter months, you may choose to bring a sweater or
light jacket for cooler evenings. A lot of the homes have VCRs or DVD
players. Therefore, we recommend that you bring some of your own movies
for your enjoyment during your stay. All in all, you will be able to find
most things you need to make your vacation stay comfortable!!!
Where is
the best place to...? Our
guests have all kinds of questions and special requests. We welcome them.
What is it you would like to know? Where to golf? Where to fish? Where
is the nearest church? Whatever you need, we will be more than happy to
help you find it. Just let us know.

Markets, Babysitting Services?
There are over 50 nearby golf courses
for you to choose from. A detailed list is provided in each home.
Shopping at Eagle Ridge Mall, Beltz
Outlets, Florida Mall or one of the other shopping areas is less than
15 minutes away. Downtown Disney is 10 minutes from all our homes and
there are numerous other areas of shopping to interest you.
There are too many fine restaurants
to list but a few that are located within a 10 minute drive are: Medieval
Times, Planet Hollywood, JT's PRIME Time, Sonny's, Shoney's, China Inn,
and all of the major "Fast Food" chains.
There are several major Food Markets
located within a 10 to 15 minute drive from our homes. An example includes,
Goodings, Publix, Winn Dixie Marketplace and WalMart Supercenter.
